Day Shift - 4on, 4off, 07:00 – 19:00
£48,000 + 10% Shift Allowance

I am currently partnered with a highly reputable building services company who are notoriously known for being one of the best technical companies in the industry, outstanding staff retention, tight knit family environment and continuous training and development for all levels of staff.
My client has just won the contract on one of London most prestigious sites and are now looking to speak with Electrical Shift Engineers to join their growing team! The site has over 10 buildings consisting of tech companies, commercial offices and more.
Building Services Shift Engineer Working Hours:
• Days 4on, 4off
• 07:00 – 19:00
Building Services Shift Engineer Package:
• £48,000 + 10% Shift Allowance
• Pension
• Overtime regularly available
Building Services Shift Engineer Duties:
• Simmtronic lighting
• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• AHU’s
• FCUS
• Remedial Mechanical Works
• Building Services Plant
Building Services Shift Engineer Requirements:
• City & Guilds Electrical qualifications (i.e 236, 2330, 2365 etc)
• City & Guilds Mechanical qualifications – Plumbing or Mechanical Degree
• Apprentice trained - desirable.
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing.
• 17th/18th Edition
• Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
