Job Description

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

 •  Raising sales invoices
 •  Allocating cash
 •  Bank reconciliations
 •  Credit Control
 •  Preparing VAT returns
 •  Assisting in purchase ledger
 •  Preparing payroll
 •  Assisting in finance related projects
 •  Financial administration

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

 •  A proven track record within a similar role
 •  AAT L2 or above
 •  Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
 •  Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets.
 •  The ability to work as part of a team in the Accounting & Finance department.
 •  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
