Your primary objective will be to expand our client base and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.

• Headhunt to identify and attract candidates.
• Use a variety of sources from in-house database, social media, and advertising.
• Building long-lasting client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills such as negotiation and objection handling
• Meet clients, understand their business needs, and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Research and fully immerse yourself into creating your own business.
• Staying up to date with changes in your market and industry
