Job Role: SEN Teacher
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham
Salary: £150-£210 per day (based on experience)
Start Date: September 2024

Teaching Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience in special education.
Hold an honours degree or equivalent in B.Ed.
Have experience with children who has Autism, Down Syndrome, and other SEN needs
A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Tailored Instruction: Design and implement individualised learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive academically and emotionally.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with other educators, parents, and external specialists to create a holistic support network for students, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes student success.
Innovative Teaching Methods: Employ innovative teaching strategies and assistive technologies to engage students and enhance their learning experience, promoting independence and self-confidence.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly, using data-driven insights to inform instructional decisions and maximize student outcomes.
Inclusive Classroom Culture: Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments in SEN education, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and expertise.
