A unique opportunity has become available for a capable, confident, and hard-working Administrator to join our client who is an international education program provider on a full time, permanent basis. This is fully office based at their Central Oxford location.
Programme Assistant Responsibilities
As the Programme Assistant some of your main duties will include:
General administrative support, including welcoming visitors, managing phone enquiries, mail management, data entry and inventory control
Diary and meeting management, including booking of events and course activities
Maintain filing systems
Manage academic records
Support faculty meetings
Respond to student or faculty queries
Ad hoc tasks, including assisting finance administrators
Programme Assistant Rewards

Additionally, this position would suit someone who understands the complexities of working within an international organisation, but has the depth of time management, resilience, and ability to handle a busy workload. This position requires someone who is flexible and happy to attend events and off-site excursions.
