You will be capable of handling matters concerning Will drafting, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Administration, Court of Protection and Inheritance Tax planning. STEP qualified preferred.
Your role as a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive will involve:
• Flexible working considered
• Autonomy to handle your own caseload
• A full range of private client matters
• Being able to business develop and network to gain new business
