Children’s Residential Deputy Manager

Responsibilities:

 •  Act as the Managers support.
 •  Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth.
 •  Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence.
 •  Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed.

You will require:

 •  Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role.
 •  At least 1 years' experience of Senior Support Work in a Childrens Residential setting.
 •  Ofsted Experience.
