📍 Location: Linden, Gloucester
💼 Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)
⏰ Working Pattern: Night Shift, on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule
💰 Hourly Rate: £13.85
🔍 In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, deploying, rebalancing, and reparking our client's vehicles in their market. You may also perform battery swaps and use various means of transport, including vans or bikes, depending on the task at hand.
As part of the local in-market team, you will report to the Fleet Manager. 💪
🚲 Are you ready? Here's what you'll be doing:
📍 Smoothly and efficiently manage the logistics of collecting and deploying vehicles, minimising waiting times
📦 Search, find, and retrieve scooters to be brought back to the warehouse
⚡ Perform battery swaps tasks in the streets of your city
🛠️ Perform quick fixes on scooters that can be repaired in the field
🚦 Evaluate and ensure the safe and compliant deployment of vehicles in accessible areas
⚖️ Execute rebalancing tasks, optimising scooter distribution between high-demand and low-demand areas
🔍 Identify damaged scooters and address issues such as wrongly parked or upside-down scooters
⚙️ To embark on this exciting journey, here's what you'll need:
📅 21+ years old (our client's insurance requirements)
🚗 UK full driving licence for at least 1 years with a maximum of 6 DVLA licence points (further criteria may apply)
🗺️ In-depth knowledge of your city and comfortable driving in the area
💪 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
📢 Motivational skills and willingness to share knowledge with your colleagues
🎯 Pragmatic problem-solving mentality to meet team targets and OKRs
🚐 Flexibility to navigate your city in a van, regardless of weather or traffic conditions
💪 Physical condition that allows you to carry heavy loads
