Multi Skilled Engineer required for our client. A leading M&E provider who carry out PPM contracts across shopping centres, commercial offices and Retail sites. The ideal candidate will be 18th edition qualified and a multi skilled engineer.
My client are currently seeking a maintenance / site specific multi skilled electrical bias engineer at a site in Sunderland.
The role will be predominantly servicing planned and reactive maintenance (Commercial) & installation works. You will need to be able to work collaboratively with the onsite team, and external contractors.
Remuneration:
• £36,000 - £40,000 DOE
• Van and fuel card provided
• Holidays 29 inclusive of bank holidays
• Bonus Scheme
• Company Van
• Company pension
• On-site parking
• Overtime available
• Basic Hours – Two shift staggered working pattern of 40 hours.
Requirements:
• Must be 18th edition qualified.
• IOSH, desirable.
• Asbestos Awareness, desirable.
• Gas Safe, desirable not essential.
• IPAF & PASM, desirable not essential.
• Basic handyman skills, desirable not essential.
• Experience of providing maintenance works within shopping centre’s would be desirable
