Carmichael UK are seeking a Project Manager to join a tier 1 contractor at Heathrow Airport. The Project Manager will be responsible for the procurement, surveys, scheme and production design of various Work packs
The PM will ensure the scoping, options, scheme and production designs, for the above work packages are delivered to schedule, meet the project requirements and comply with HAL’s baggage and engineering requirements, processes, procedures and arrangements; as well as statutory requirements such as building regulations.
They will be responsible for all project delivery aspects of the work packages including procurement, design and delivery of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA), Mechanical Electrical and Public Health subcontracts
In addition, within the respective work stream, they will be responsible for establishing the quality management system, project controls framework, commercial and cost management systems and implementation of the Principal Contractor role including construction processes, logistics, procedures and site arrangements.
Role Requirements
Previous Project Management experience within a major infrastructure project
Previous Airport experience is desirable
Scope to start in a few weeks
