Supply Chain Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our procurement team in Norwich. The role involves maximizing supplier effectiveness and value across our portfolio, including Daily Delivery & Quality measurement, SLA adherence, and performance initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Group Supply Chain Director
Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Act as an escalation route and communication channel for colleagues and suppliers.
• Create reports on SLA performance, cost, and continuous improvement.
• Implement vendor management strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide support and training.
• Drive implementation of third-party supplier controls.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure targets and budgets are met.
• Lead and develop team members.
Requirements:
• Experience in supplier relationship management.
• Understanding of contract management.
• Management experience.
• Budget management skills in multi-site environments.
• Experience in dispute management.
• Six Sigma training preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; knowledge of JDE Edwards and advanced Excel skills advantageous.
