Are you a experienced Forklift Driver or Yards person looking for a new opportunity?
TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation recruiting for a Forklift Driver and Yard Operative work in Petersfield on a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities: Manoeuvring forklifts safely in busy industrial environments
Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets
Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsWhat we require?
Proven working experience as a Warehouse/Yard Worker
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Current forklift licenceMain Details:
Job Title: Forklift Driver and Yard Operative
Salary: £12.08 per hour
Location: Whitman Labs, Bedford Road, Petersfield, GU32 3DD
Hours of Work: 06:00 to 14:00
Contract: 6 Months (On going)
