Quest Employment are looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to join a growing, online-based company, specialising in mobile computing and label printing systems. Our client is offering great progression opportunities and will provide full training.
They are ready to invest in the successful candidate to become the best version of themselves in the position of Senior Sales Administrator.
Hours:
• 37.5 hours per week, on-site
• Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Duties:
• Build an understanding and knowledge of the company's product range.
• Answer sales enquiries from existing clients and new prospects, by understanding their requirements and identifying productive solutions, while providing written quotations on the CRM system.
• Proactively manage all quotations to ensure the best chance of securing new business.
• Plan and prioritise sales activities using the CRM system to maximise capability.
• Arrange client visits where possible, to build relationships and develop new business.
• Process sales and raise purchase orders.
• Maintain the contact database, ensuring quality of information to constantly improve capabilities for account management and targeted marketing.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Assist the systems team with preparing quotations.
• Assist with training new staff.
• Back up sales office manager when they are not on-site.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional approach to dealing with customers.
• Ability to learn quickly about complex and technical IT products.
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a CRM system.
• Purchasing experience.
• 7 GCSEs at grade C and above, including Maths, English, and Science.
• Keen interest in IT products.
• Ambition to have a career in technical sales
