Job Description:

This is a brand-new, exciting position which has been created to ensure good customer service is consistent and to provide support to the customer service and internal sales teams. You will report directly into the Head of Commercial and be a key hire into the business as they grow, following an aquistion of the company.

Skills & experience:

 •  Degree qualified in a business related topic desirable
 •  Ability to lead and motivate teams- showing capability to conduct appraisals, performance reviews, return to works and any other managerial tasks
 •  Excellent customer service skills, looking for someone that has the ability to solve problems through identifying a win win approach for both the company and customers when issues are escalated
 •  Good understanding of Microsoft systems, CRM systems and sound IT skills
