This is a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an Operations Director Senior Project Manager, Contract Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager or Engineer with extensive management experience to progress to Director level within a heat pump installation and maintenance business.
The company has been recently acquired by a successful and stable M&E contractor and owners are looking for an exceptional manager to grow the business as your own for which you will be rewarded with a directorship and 30% profit shareholder within the business
Package:
Realistic minimum package £100,000
Base salary £60,000 - £70,000k
Profit bonus, first year 10%, second year 20%, third year 30%

Responsibilities:
As the Operations Director, you will oversee all aspects of our day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements:
Experience of managing profit and loss in the HVAC industry
