Job title: Surfacing Technician
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Reading
My client is seeking to train a dynamic individual for the role of a Surfacing Technician. This position offers more than just an administrative role; it presents a valuable opportunity for someone to embark on a fulfilling career within the industry.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Broad appreciation of operational processes
• Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and development
• Willingness to work as part of a team and undergo training
• Initial salary reflective of the training period with excellent progression opportunities
Career Development and Benefits:

• Reporting directly to the Operations Director
