Are you a Children's Social Worker seeking a new challenge?

If so, Randstad are looking to recruit a Qualified Social worker to join St Helens Children's Duty Team. The role is offering an amazing pay rate of up to £44 per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Hold a varying complexity of cases whilst being able to transfer work quickly once a plan has been identified.
• Case transfer points include the initial child protection case conference, the first CLA review, the first PLO meeting, the 3rd CIN meeting.
• Manage and conduct a range of assessments, planning, delivery of intervention and reviewing the impact and progress of outcome for children open to social care services.
• Ensure the right support and interventions are in place for children and their families and that children are protected from significant harm.
• You will have knowledge of children's services legislative frameworks and legal proceedings and have the ability to make complex information accessible for every audience.
• You will ensure the delivery of a high quality and effective social work practice to support, empower and promote independence, strengths and assets of both children, families and within their local communities.
Requirements:
• Social Work England registered
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS
