Careat are on the lookout for a dedicated Care Manager to join a thriving healthcare provider in Wolverhampton, close to local amenities and excellent transport links, our client provides a welcoming, homely and supportive environment for their residents.
My client specialises in offering a range of care services for the elderly, ensuring physical and mental wellbeing of all residents are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role:
As the Care Home Manager, you'll be:
• Maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring the wellbeing of all residents.
• Upholding the dignity, privacy, and individual choices of residents.
• Providing leadership, making decisions, and developing the staff team.
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and staff
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have:
• Proven managerial experience in a similar healthcare setting.
• A thorough understanding of CQC standards and experience with electronic care planning.
• A Level 4/5 qualification in Health and Social Care for adults.
• A live DBS and a driving licence are advantageous.
