Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who is available to start a three-month contract? Do you have experience of sales ledger and billings? If so, I would love to hear from you. Over the past year, the company has experienced remarkable growth and they are now looking for a standout Accounts Assistant to support them.
This position is ideal for someone who embraces challenges and is a quick strategic thinker!
Duties include:
• Managing daily Sales ledger accounting functions.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Monthly oversight of the company credit card statement, including reconciliation.
• Efficiently handle inbox management related to financial transactions.
• Assist and provide necessary information for audits.
• Offer holiday cover and support for colleagues in the finance team when needed.
• Undertake any other ad hoc tasks or projects as required.
Your profile:
• Immediately available for work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Methodical and organised, with a knack for meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating initiative.
• Proficient in IT with strong Excel skills (Familiarity with Sage 200 is a plus).
• And most importantly, the ability to have fun and maintain a light-hearted approach!

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £16.97 per hour, coupled with a flexible hybrid work structure (Remote Mondays & Fridays). Take advantage of an extensive leave package, encompassing 25 days plus bank holidays (pro-rata to 3 months).
