Job Vacancy: Business Manager.
Salary: £38-48K per annum with annual performance reviews, workplace pension and employee assistance programme.
Job Status: 39 Hours per week. Full-time permanent, not suitable for home working.

The role is the senior most employee responsible for driving the organisation forward on a day-to-day basis. MACCDL is run by volunteer directors with the aim to deliver economic and social benefits to the current and future members of our community by maximising the use of the site’s assets.

The successful candidate will be inheriting a reputable and successful organisation with a sound financial base from which to continue the sites development. Currently there are 136 tenants with 72 businesses employing nearly 200 people onsite, notably, new long term leases have been signed with a distillery developer to turn one of the key buildings into Campbeltown’s newest whisky distillery.
The Business Manager is responsible for a wide and varied portfolio of properties and utility assets as well as the experienced and capable team of employees.

MACC is an ambitious and one-of-a-kind community owned organisation; this role offers challenges and variety that few other job opportunities can match for the successful candidate. Over the past 12 years of operation MACC has seen property enquiries across a diverse range of sectors from aquaculture, academia, and aerospace to data centres, whisky and space.
