Anderson Knight is currently in search of an Inventory Administrator for a client based in Lanarkshire on a 12-Month FTC.
The position offers a comfortable office setting, with 39 working hours from Monday to Friday, along with the added perks of an early finish on a Friday and on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate stock records on the company’s system.
• Organise and maintain all paperwork and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance at period end.
• Communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders, including relevant regulatory authorities such as HMRC.
• Conduct extensive data entry and processing tasks.
• Prioritise and manage a busy workload efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements regarding the handling and movement of all spirits.
Key Attributes and Skills:
• Proficient in administration, with extensive knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Effective multitasking ability and composure under pressure.
• Previous experience in administration or stock control would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
