A little bit about the role…
We are presently seeking to recruit Site Supervisors to join our expanding Aviation Division.
You will be predominantly utilising your knowledge and expertise on a wide range of Civil Infrastructure projects whilst working alongside a team of operatives.
As a Site Supervisor in aviation, you will be:
Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
Carrying out Site Supervision
Toolbox talks & HSEQ briefings
Delivery of works to program & budget
Temporary Works Supervision
Excavation Supervision
Client liaisonThe role may include with appropriate experience or training:
Pre-start site inspections
Organising plant & materials
Writing Risk Assessments
Producing Health & Safety plans & Work Package PlansA little bit about you…
Experience working on a variety of different Civil Engineering projects is essential
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a safety critical environment - desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to get the most out of the people working for you
Willingness to work nights
SSSTS with SMSTS desirable
