First Achieve are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Shop Supervisor with a strong background in commercial vehicle painting to join our client in Droitwich.
Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the paint shop operations, ensuring high-quality finishes on commercial vehicles, and maintaining efficiency and safety standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, technical expertise in paint application techniques, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a commercial vehicle paint shop or similar environment.
In-depth knowledge of paint mixing, application, and curing techniques, with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes and color matching.
Familiarity with commercial vehicle painting equipment, such as spray guns, booths, and drying ovens, and proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of technicians.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing production demands in a fast-paced environment
