We offer clients support with:
• Building Relationships
• Personal Care
• Access to Community and Leisure Activities
• Meeting Nutritional Needs
• Maintaining Family/ Friends Relationships
• Promote Overall Health and Wellbeing
• Meeting Communication and Sensory Needs
• Support Attendence To Appointments
• Follow Care Plans And Activity Planners
• Support Development Of Care Plans
Our Successful Candidates will be:
• Kind, creative, compassionate, caring and committed to our clients
• Offering support to ensure upmost quality of life and protection from harm and abuse
• Full UK Drivers License and access to their own vehicle (essential)
We Offer:
• Full training online and classroom based courses including positive behaviour support and physical intervention, emergency first aid and makaton
• Enhanced DBS check
• Staff progression encouragement
Salary begins at £11.44 depending on experience and is negotiable, rises offered in accordance to performance at supervisions
