• Salary: £22,800 - £24,000 + UNCAPPED Commission!
• OTE: £65,000 - £70,000 First Year.
Job Details:
• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences over the phone and face to face.
• Provide information on pricing, options, financing, and incentives.
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's driving experience.
• Utilise organisational skills to manage customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Utilise sales software to track leads, update customer profiles, and manage sales process efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
• Proven ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions and sales process effectively
