Location: Crewe
Salary: Competitive plus benefits and dependant on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 ½ hours per day, 45 mins lunch

Morning Foods is one of the longest established independent food manufacturers in Britain, with a history dating back to Swettenham Mill in 1675 where the Lea family began milling grain to supply the Cheshire population. Contract Administrator – The Role:
We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person to join us as a Contract Administrator.
Contract Administrator – Duties will include:
• Inputting purchase contracts into admin system
• Maintaining group stock levels and records
• Arrange collections and deliveries of oats to various sites
• Liaise with suppliers re claims etc
• Scanning and filing as required
Contract Administrator – You:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organisational ability
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
• Able to carry out instructions quickly and accurately and the confidence to ask if unsure
• Good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Contract Administrator – Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Previous planning experience would be desirable
• Previous experience of managing contracts preferred
• Experience working in a busy office environment preferred
• Able to organise workload in a consistent and methodical way
• Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building and a strong communicator
• Ability to plan, prioritise, work to deadlines, without supervision and on your own initiative
• Meticulous in your approach
• IT literate and numerate
