Position Overview: We're seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in the eco industry to join the team as they expand further. This role will be crucial in ensuring paperwork meets regulatory standards and maintaining efficient documentation processes.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all paperwork complies with regulations set by OFGEM and Utility Companies.
Collaborate closely with installers and surveyors to verify documentation accuracy.

Maintain precise records using Google Sheets and CRM spreadsheets.Requirements/Skills:

Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration.
Quick learner with a knack for grasping business processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year depending on experience
