We have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite IT Support Technician to work for our reputable client based in Langley, Berkshire.

As the Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be working closely with the Network Manager ensuring the day-to-day IT operations run smoothly and effectively, managing incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.

If you are looking for a role where you can learn new technologies and utilise your current skills, then this is certainly the role for you! This Onsite IT Support Technician role comes with genuine progression, my client is extremely interested in candidates who are looking to learn and progress.

The Onsite IT Support Technician will be working closely with the current team and in conjunction with the remote helpdesk. Experience in G-Suite, Windows 10, Office 365 and IT troubleshooting are key for this role.

Ideally, you will already have 6+ months of commercial experience as an IT Support Technician.

Onsite IT Support Technician - primary responsibilities therefore include:

 •  To manage incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure
 •  To ensure service level agreement standards are met
 •  To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
 •  To promptly complete any admin paperwork and documentation
 •  Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools
 •  Promote best practices and adhere to change control process
 •  Accurately plan and organise the working week
 •  Review scorecard bi-weekly with Team Lead & or Manager
