This agency works with some of the world's biggest and most exciting clients. From film premieres to global sporting events, immersive brand experiences to big PR moments.

The Role

The Account Director will take the lead role in multiple projects, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure precise project delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and management of technical and creative aspects to meet client needs.
This position requires project management, while fostering strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have experience in event management, particularly in live events, with a successful track record in producing Consumer Events, Product Launches, and Brand Experiences. They must have experience of overseeing projects from inception to delivery,

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

Collaborating with internal teams

Budget Management

Leading internal teams

Collaborating closely with Technical and Design leads.

Working closely with design and technical teams to meet production deadlines.

Production and on-site work

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in live events production management. They must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook, with the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential, along with the proven ability to work flexibly and accurately under tight deadlines. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate sound decision-making skills, particularly in demanding on-site situations, handling them professionally and calmly.
Knowledge of current health and safety legislation pertinent to the live events industry is also required.
