Are you are an experienced Product Manager looking for your next challenge with a company that has made significant investment in IT to bolster continued growth?

The motor industry is going through a period of rapid change, both what people want from their cars and how they buy them is changing in many ways. As our Digital Product Manager you’ll help guide the organisation through these changing demands, ensuring we keep pace and take competitive advantage.

Reporting to our very experienced Head of Application & Development, John Richardson, you will be joining a great team who are on this journey of delivering a first class service to both the company and our customers.

Responsibilities:

 •  Ownership of the Lookers and Charles Hurst online footprint - shaping change demand and driving our digital products forward
 •  Creating, delivering and maintaining the product roadmap
 •  Liaising with stakeholders to find out their needs to make sure our products are always simple and easy to understand and use
 •  Becoming a trusted digital advisor
 •  Using internal and external data sources to drive decision making and prioritisation
 •  Monitoring the immediate impact of change and ensuring lessons learned are factored into future changes

Qualifications:

You will have the ability to use data to drive decision making (and defining KPIs for tracking future changes), alongside being familiar with working technical aspects of web based digital products (Deployment Pipelines, QA, Tracking) and the art of the possible.
You will enjoy working collaboratively and influence stakeholders across the business agreeing the roadmap for delivery and holding true to commitments made and not forgetting taking a positive approach to problem solving, providing solutions and playing an interactive role within the team.
