Building Careers are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in joinery to join a leading multi-sector Fit-out contractor based in Chorley. As a Site Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of joinery work on small works Fit-out projects.
From managing resources and schedules to ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

Our client is a reputable Fit-out contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. With a focus on excellence and innovation, they pride themselves on their commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate joinery activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Supervise small work projects ranging for 50-100k in value.
Lead a team of joiners, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and maintenance to support seamless operations.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds client expectations.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a focus on joinery work.
Strong background in joinery, with comprehensive knowledge of techniques, materials, and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
