Senior Quantity Surveyor - North London
I am recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of our new build residential developers in the North London area. The client is an award-winning UK housebuilder, that carry out residential developments nationwide, offering up to 5-bedroom houses across England, Scotland, and Wales.
This opportunity is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive new build residential experience, that has commercially managed large new build projects for housebuilders and developers previously. Proficient use of the COINS software, and longevity within previous employment positions will be highly advantageous, and the suitable candidate would be well-situated to the North London area, with flexibility to commute to various sites when necessary.
