Job Description
The Senior HR Administrator will be responsible for:
• Creating and maintaining employee records on the system
• Responding to queries that come in to the shared inbox e.g. Maternity, Paternity, Absence, Pay
• Running weekly inductions for new joiners
• Supporting other members of the Shared Service team and taking on the role of a coach & mentor to improve performance and increase capability
The Successful Applicant
The Senior HR Administrator should be:
• Experienced in a fast-paced HR setting, managing high volumes of cases
• Passionate about HR and committed to leading by example
• A desire to coach and guide more junior members of the team
• A strong work ethic and desire for personal development

A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, hybrid working pattern, 25 days holiday plus a day off on your birthday, private medical, life assurance and plenty more! There are also many opportunities for personal development within the business.
