The Role

We are seeking a dedicated, collaborative and delivery focused Managed Access Project Manager who will use expertise within the Clinical Trial and/or Managed Access world to develop and maintain client relationships responsible for the delivery of new and existing patient access programs for key pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Lead the delivery of objectives for key accounts, interacting with clients at a senior level and supporting the Program Director and Program Associate to ensure successful delivery of programs.
 •  Develop and deliver excellent levels of client relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through structured and organised program delivery.
 •  Leading client meetings around scope and set-up of new programs, including mapping program timelines and developing in-depth project plans for program launch. Maintaining regular dialogue with clients throughout program delivery to ensure high quality service.
 •  Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered in line with program scope.
 •  Delivering program specific KPIs, including budgetary targets, as well as account relationship development objectives as agreed with senior management.
 •  Contributing to business growth and profitability targets by identifying scope enhancements from existing programs and new business opportunities through client engagement activities.

Key Duties:

 •  Contribution to divisional revenue and profit targets.
 •  Delivery of assigned account plans relating to existing and future service offerings through provision of strategic account management support to global clients.

This includes:

 •  Following and creating operational procedures as it relates to pharmacovigilance workflows, order processing, logistics, regulatory scoping, client set-up documents, etc.
 •  Be responsible for program related updates, implementation of such updates via defined change control processes and ensuring relevant teams are trained as appropriate.
 •  Demonstrate excellent account management skills – creating project plans, hosting regular client calls and keeping minutes, acting quickly to solve challenges, ensuring a steady two-way flow of communication between the client and Clinigen.
 •  Achievement of account specific budgets in line with forecast and/or demonstrate clear understanding as to why forecasts were not met.
 •  Working with Program Associates to create reports on activity, performance and outcomes against contracted program requirements/KPIs.
 •  Analysis of client satisfaction outcomes identifying solutions to meet client requirements.
 •  Deliver Program Management solutions to support new and existing business growth.

Requirements
 •  Experience working in a customer-facing role with a need to manage relationships with key accounts. Highly preferable within the pharmaceutical services space.
 •  History of success in utilising project management skills.
 •  Strong financial acumen, with an ability to demonstrate commercial awareness, including negotiation skills.
 •  Degree, with preference from the Science or Business background.
 •  A skilled and compelling communicator who can motivate the team, effectively manage customer expectations and build strategic partnerships with clients.
 •  A solution focused, methodical approach in driving business results
 •  Organised, with a bias for taking initiative and maintaining high personal standards including good project planning and management skills
 •  Comfortable being able to make decisions with a lack of clarity
 •  Resilience within a fast-moving environment.
 •  Ability to adapt, with an enjoyment for a diverse workload focused on multiple programs and projects.
