Digital Health Pharmacist
Abtrace | England | Full-time | apply.workable.com |
The Company
Abtrace is a health tech start-up based in Paddington, London, with a tightly knit team of highly motivated doctors, researchers, and data scientists that bring together software engineering, artificial intelligence and medical experience to build clinical algorithms to support primary care clinicians.

We evaluate the entire health record of a patient and work with over 250 primary care practices covering 2.5 million patients.
When we get it right, we reduce complexity, increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve staff experience and most importantly - improve the quality of care delivered for patients!

• Understanding of call and recall processes at GP Practices
• Good degree of computer literacy and able to work with a variety of software systems, including but not limited to EMIS Web and SystmOne (TPP)
