Role Profile:
Cast UK are supporting a prestigious client with the recruitment process of a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Tamworth on a maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm, on site 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and inquiries are resolved.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills and experience using customer service software.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
