The Role

As a pivotal member of our business, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
 •  Identifying, cultivating, and managing profitable relationships across various organisational levels.
 •  Proactively generating new leads through targeted sales initiatives and capitalising on existing opportunities.
 •  Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation and business development.
 •  Maintaining accurate records of business development activities in our CRM system and providing support to senior management.
 •  Championing the Recruitment Boutique brand, values, and ethics to accelerate our presence in the marketplace.
 •  Collaborating closely with our consultants to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:
 •  Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successfully converting leads into business opportunities. Ideally in recruitment
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
 •  Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines.
 •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
 •  A team-oriented mindset with a keen sense of individual accountability.
 •  Willingness to travel within England to engage with key stakeholders.
 •  Ability to negotiate and establish preferred supplier agreements (PSLs).
 •  Ideally educated to degree level.
 •  A growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous personal development.
 •  A valid UK driving licence.
