Job Description
• Manage and maintain financial records with accuracy
• Process invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions
• Support the accounting department in financial operations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Participate in financial audits and assist in the resolution of audit findings
• Perform administrative duties as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
• An educational background in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Strong organisational and time management skills
