Tax Graduate Programme with Big Four firm

Gradfuel | Paisley | Full-time | apply.workable.com |
About us -

Are you looking to join a graduate programme with one of the Big Four accounting firms?

We will empower you to learn, grow, thrive and do work that matters.

If you join our values-led firm, we will empower you to build the career you want - and support you to be your best and make your mark.

Join us to benefit from structured development and funded professional qualifications whilst you work alongside some of the brightest minds on emerging practices and technologies.

The role -

Tax impacts our lives and society in more ways than you’d ever imagine.

Joining us as a graduate, you’ll have a variety of client contact from day one, the support to grow and the chance to do work that really matters.

Our team supports clients in complying with relevant regulations so they can operate responsibly, sustainably and ethically.

Our specialists work alongside clients to help them understand the intricacies of tax across the globe – from energy sector companies, to online food businesses, banks and high-net worth individuals.

Our Tax experts are doing more than just advising individuals and businesses - they are making a meaningful difference to society, by helping to solve some of the biggest challenges facing our country.

The wide-scale of tax implications, along with new regulations, mean that this landscape is becoming increasingly complex.

You'll work on a range of intellectually-challenging projects, be supported to achieve professional qualifications and grow in your own way through structured development opportunities.

Bring your unique perspectives, experiences and ambition to our diverse community, and we’ll empower you to learn and progress.

You’ll develop your relationship-building and commercial skills, as well as honing your specialist knowledge, giving you a solid grounding in business.

We’ll give you the support you need to thrive and make your mark.

Requirements

Everyone in our Tax department brings a unique perspective, and we want to ensure that you have the best opportunity to demonstrate your potential.

We want to discover your individual strengths and attributes to help us to know whether you’ll enjoy working here and how you’ll thrive.

That’s why we operate an open access policy and an application process that will assess both your qualifications and your qualities.

Generally, you’ll be expected to demonstrate the following grades (*or equivalents), to show that you’re able to successfully study for professional qualifications.
  1.  GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B*
  2.  GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B*
  3.  2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.

If you are a few grades or points short, we would still encourage you to apply, as your application will be reviewed together with your performance in our assessments.
