Purpose of job :
The Contracts Manager is responsible for delivering site based works and ensuring that these works are completed to a satisfactory quality and profitable standard in line with those defined client operational procedures and techniques. This includes a strong focus on achieving profit targets controlling estimates, sales values and direct costs across Residential and SME projects
Key responsibilites :
Deliver quality end to end projects projects with the trades team and restoration technicians
Plan project delivery in line with the scope of works utilising scoping tools
Manage the resources efficiently and effectively in order to meet profit and productivity targets.
Prepare all relevant paperwork, including, on- site documents, to the pre-agreed company standard
Ensure that Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures are both understood and fully implemented. Advising insured’s, where applicable, of the operation and safety of all plant and equipment including the provision of safety data sheets when necessary.
QM respond and action any audit action with both the operative and the QM and H&S department.
Ensure responsibilities specific to your role as detailed within BKH L006 Health Safety and Environment Policy are complied with
Attend training courses when provided by client or any other external provider.
Identify and deliver initiatives to improve the end to end offering of client.
Understand and implement the use of new procedures and materials.
Manage projects on site efficiently and cost effectively.
