Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join an exciting and growing company based in St Albans.

An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company within a busy customer service role where you will take incoming telephone queries and follow up with investigative work, liaising with internal contacts and responding appropriately.

We are looking for candidates with experience in a high call volume position, and experience of managing complaints.

Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:

 •  Answer telephone calls promptly and log on the system
 •  Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and telephone
 •  Managing customer complaints
 •  Direct any complaints and unresolved issues to appropriate teams, working with Area and Regional Managers to resolve efficiently
 •  Maintain the CRM
 •  Assist with additional ad-hoc duties for the office

For this Customer Service Advisor role the client is looking for:

 •  Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in a high-volume role
 •  Confident communication skills, by telephone and email - able to communicate at all levels
 •  Computer literate including MS Office including Excel
 •  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
 •  Flexible, adaptable, and keen to learn
