Caddy Group is seeking experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding client renowned for delivering exceptional projects across commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors. Our client boasts a proven track record of excellence and is committed to innovation and quality in every project undertaken.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring successful completion from inception to handover.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within budget and schedule constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractors in alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Proactively address and resolve any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide effective leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communicate transparently and efficiently with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
