Principal People are currently working on behalf of a well-established, specialist manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team.
This role will be based near to Andover and this role will be responsible for undertaking company quality audits / inspections, supplier quality audits, assisting with the maintenance and development of the companies Quality Management Systems, assisting in the development of a Continuous Improvement culture, identification of common quality issues, identify and highlight opportunities for improvement in the organisation’s day to day activities amongst other relevant responsibilities.
This role will be wholly site based is to pay the successful candidate a competitive industry salary + package. Below are the essential criteria for this contract;
Essential Criteria:
Hold Quality based experience within manufacturing / engineering / automotive / aerospace
Have experience working within one of the following regulated industries: ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949
Experience in problem solving and investigation tools such as 8D, CAPA, 5-Whys.
Have strong verbal and written skills
