This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services”

This role will be supporting KINTO UK with all their people development needs from induction, compliance and on boarding to career progression. Everything from delivering training to helping develop the next wave of senior leaders.

A bit about the ‘Department’: The L&D team within People and Culture supports the competence, growth and career development of the people in our business, whether it’s their first day or 30th + year we are here to assist them to get the development required to maximise both their and the business needs.

What you'll be doing:

 •  Initially helping deliver one of the biggest transformations in KINTO UK through the training delivery of new core systems to all staff.
 •  Delivering and supporting the Succession risk and Talent Review strategy
 •  Developing the existing corporate induction programme to include structured introductions to our systems and compliance etc..
 •  Working with the wider L&D team and managers and leaders of the business you will be developing and delivering learning solutions to support the business.
 •  Supporting the performance management processes
 •  Undertaking TNA across KINTO UK to identify needs.
 •  Being the expert and the ‘go to’ for all things L&D at KINTO UK

In time, you may be able to stretch the role by:

 •  Looking for opportunities to enhance and improve performance through development activities.
 •  In the future this role could include more involvement with Management Development and other learning across the other Toyota entities
