Sphere is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator and Customer Care Coordinator to join our clients team based in Exeter.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director you will support the office with various administrative duties and provide exceptional, customer service to customers of newly built housing developments.
This role will involve coordinating and managing all office administration and customer care aspects, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in an office-based administration, customer care, or similar role, within the housing or construction industry, ideally.
• Strong administration experience, including proficiency in the use of all MS Office applications and CRM databases
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations advantageous
• Valid driving license as some occasional travel to sites across the South West region.
• Proven longevity in previous employment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
On Offer
• Salary circa £28,000 depending on experience
• 26 day holiday + bank holidays
• Private medical insurance
• Pension matched up to 5%
• Bonus (discretionary)
