Sanza Teaching Agency is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a delightful primary school in Sutton, South London. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to fostering the development and well-being of young learners.

Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Support children's learning and development through one-on-one and small group activities.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Help maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.

Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within the Early Years age range.
Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.

Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and Education would be advantageous but not essential.Benefits:
