Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for sales? We’re seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Leicester. If you thrive on connecting with clients over the phone and closing deals, this role is perfect for you!

Position: Telesales Representative Location: Leicester, United Kingdom Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

 •  Make outgoing calls to existing clients who are due to renew their insurance policies.
 •  Engage clients in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
 •  Convert at least 1 sale per day by effectively presenting policy options and benefits.
 •  Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

 •  Experience: Prior telesales experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners.
 •  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
 •  Sales Drive: You’re motivated by targets and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
 •  Client-Centric: Understand client needs and build lasting relationships.
 •  Organized: Manage your call volume efficiently, making 30-50 calls daily.
