With over 50 years operating internationally and over 20 years across United Kingdom, they have established themselves as one of the leaders in the industry; turning over circa £100+ million within the last year.

Scheme types included: Commercial Offices, Logistics/Industrial Warehouses and Multi Storey Car Parks

Project Examples:

 •  Multi-Storey car park design and build scheme – 3000+ parking spaces – 8 storeys – Value: £30+ million
 •  Large scale residential scheme – 800+ units spread across 15 buildings
 •  Logistics Centre – 60,000+ sqm, commercial space

Senior Site Manager / Site Manager

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager to join their team on an Industrial New Build values at around £15 million.

A successful candidate will ideally have some experience in Industrial, commercial, or Retail schemes. Experience in Steel Frame Buildings is also desired.

As the Senior Site Manager / Site Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, this includes supervising the on-site team and solving any challenges as they arise, coordinating contractors, monitoring materials, and scheduling deliveries etc.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 •  Conduct quality and safety inspections.
 •  Procure materials for each phase of the project.
 •  Prepare detailed site reports, designs, and drawings.
 •  Regularly report project progress to internal staff and external stakeholders.
 •  Establish and maintain effective client communication channels.
 •  Monitor build costs and project advancement.
 •  Utilize specialized project management software.
 •  Adapt to working conditions, including on-site projects in various weather conditions, client premises, or site offices.
 •  Address day-to-day challenges and problem-solve as needed.
 •  Motivate the workforce to maintain productivity and efficiency.
 •  Uphold quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
 •  Supervise construction workers and oversee subcontractor hiring
