Senior Project Manager – Mobile - Hampshire

Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction biased business, where YOU can help support the FM division as a mechanical project manager.
Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades.
Position
Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities across Defence establishments in Hampshire and in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
To deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties, expectations to be exceeded wherever possible.
To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project.
Ensure compliance with project management policies and procedures.
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented and are regularly review on each and every project. This will include the timely delivery of a Health and Safety file for the works and full compliance with CDM regulations.
Requirements
Have a minimum of 5 years relative experience in a similar or comparable environment.
Hold an industry recognised H&S management qualification (IOSH or SMSTS)
Hold an industry recognised based qualification i.e. City & Guilds / NVQ/PRINCE2 or similar in an appropriate engineering subject.What will make you stand out from the crowd:
Previous FM experience on delivering multiple low value high volume projects across multiple sites.
