Senior Site Manager - Surrey - Residential New Build
We are seeking a highly experienced and capable Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of residential new build projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential developments from start to finish.
You will be running a block, overseeing all the internal and external packages. If you are based in West London, Surrey or Berkshire this is a good opportunity to get in with a strong tier 2 contractor who have an extensive pipeline of work in the area.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing all on-site construction activities
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations
• Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under pressure. A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
